Workshops, Bodywork, & Mentoring in Embodied Stillness
for Healing, Perception and Awakening
Illuminate Your Own Embodied Wisdom
If you are familiar with Biodynamic Craniosacral Work, I'm sure you know it as a brilliant way to address medical issues, by engaging slow, wide-amplitude rhythms palpable in the body.
But what if we take a bigger view?
Instead of an exclusive focus on subtle rhythms, I propose an open-ended way of understanding Biodynamics as a uniquely embodied framework that helps us and our clients to:
- optimize health and well-being
- revitalize the mind and calm the nervous system
- upgrade our alignment with who and what we truly are.
It's all possible because our bio-rhythms are built into the structure of reality itself.
Biodynamics depicts four universal qualities: Neutral, Fluid, Potency, and Dynamic Stillness. More user-friendly names for these four archetypes might be Ground, Flow, Spark, and Source. Or Particle, Wave, Vibration, and Consciousness.
In other words, Neutral, Fluid, Potency and Stillness are not just technical terms for bio-rhythms. They are the building blocks of reality itself. Each of these embodied qualities can be an increasingly powerful force for:
- healing (nourishing, repairing, and sustaining the body and mind)
- knowing (enhancing intuition and visionary perception), and
- awakening (realizing our true nature as Stillness or Emptiness).
I'm Jenna Milner, and I use this Big Picture View of Biodynamics to work with individuals for bodywork; meditation support; and biodynamic craniosacral mentoring. My practical, integrative, and versatile approach will invite and illuminate your own inherent, embodied wisdom.
In addition to innovative curriculum and long-term mentoring, I also offer a growing body of written work that addresses the embodied landscape of Stillness and this wider view of Biodynamics. Check out my new blog and look for my upcoming book, Dynamic Stillness: Radical Non-Doing to Heal the Body, Quiet the Mind, and Awaken the Spirit.
About Jenna

Starting in 1996, I intensively studied all three paradigms of craniosacral work. This is a subtle, light-touch healing art originally derived from osteopathic medicine, but modified for use by practitioners who are not doctors.
I received influential training from Hugh Milne, Reiko Maa, and Charles Ridley.
As my perceptual skills evolved and Stillness deepened, I explored the vivid questions that arose:
- How can I be more transparent?
- What is a body?
- Why is Stillness so powerful?
- How do I encourage Stillness to live through me?
- Why am I lucid all the time now — have I lost access to the formless realm that I used to disappear into?
Answering these questions drew deeply on my two primary training streams: Biodynamic Craniosacral Work and non-dual meditation.
Along the way, I’ve been influenced by a stream of inspiring and revolutionary teachers. My clinical practice (and my life!) have benefited from deep dives into:
- Non-dual meditation with Adyashanti and Mukti Gray
- Embodied Imagination with Robert Bosnak
- Biodynamic Craniosacral Work with Charles Ridley
- Wholeness Healing with the late Levent Bolukbasi
- Philosophic Astrology with Linda Ruth
- Telepathic Tuning with Deena Spear
- Visionary Craniosacral Work with Reiko Maa and Hugh Milne
- Structural Integration with Mary Santello
- Kripalu Yoga with Ann Green and Diana Damelio
I live in upstate New York with my longtime partner, lots of books, and occasional feral cats. When I’m not reading, I love to sit in stillness, cross-country ski, and hike a local gorge.
