This online class is for anyone with stable perception of the Dynamic Stillness and/or the Descending Current. It includes lecture, discussion, and Q&A concerning the context, principles, and features of the Descending Current.

This class addresses the paradoxical phenomena that are perceived by the clinician when Stillness has stabilized in awareness. We are aware of the Absolute level of perception, and yet the void appears at the same time as whatever we see, hear, perceive and know.

The purpose of this class is to illuminate this unusual, mature part of the map, which concerns the relationship between the singularity of Consciousness and the relativity of embodied human life. All the precise boundaries of the Ascending Current are washed away in the paradoxical appearance of the Descending Current, and the mature practitioner must learn to navigate this new reality. This has also been called the “non-dual level of perception.”

I highly recommend any of Jenna’s classes! BUT — if you are a student of biodynamics taking Jenna’s Descending Current workshop is a MUST. Studying the Ascending Current is blissful, but also incomplete. Just as there is an inhale, there is also an exhale. Adding this class to your study of biodynamics helps you have a complete breath. Taking this online also didn’t detract from the power of the workshop or from the potency of the work.
