SESSIONS & MENTORING WITH JENNA

Are you a healing arts practitioner or meditator seeking support to:

  • land in your body,
  • augment visionary perception, or
  • expand consciousness?

Are you a biodynamic craniosacral practitioner looking for an ally as you:

  • grapple with some of the anomalies of a mature practice
  • develop your perceptual skills, including channels of non-ordinary perception?

Are you anyone with a body?...and you are looking for companionship, guidance, or support as you:

  •  befriend your body,
  • settle your nervous system, or
  • find an embodied complement to talk therapy.

What I offer: 80- to 90-minute sessions spontaneously tailored to your needs. You don’t have to know what will work best. We can figure it out together.

I'm accepting new clients for:

  • craniosacral work (biodynamic craniosacral table work infused by uncategorizable creativity)
  • somatic coaching (supporting you to live in your body)
  • meditation support (to establish or deepen your practice)
  • biodynamic craniosacral mentoring (for students or practitioners seeking guidance, support, or clarity)

These can take place in person or online. You can expect to wait six to 12 months for a first appointment. But I keep an active wait list, and hope to see you sooner.

I am not taking new massage clients. Let me know if you would like a referral.

Your presence, attentive care, and intuitive touch is such a gift that I hold sacred.
A gift that you have shown I can both receive and give to myself —
like something we unwrap together. So deeply appreciative of you!

Thank you again for that spectacular session yesterday. What a difference it has made! My hip pain is significantly reduced today. My outlook is clearer and brighter. My joy is up. I am grateful to have been reminded viscerally of the power of the body/spirit to heal itself.

-Susanna Berryman

In our last session, you helped deliver me to me. The work you do with me has been pivotal in allowing me to make shifts. The dark, dank moods have lifted, and I move in the world with increasing ease and delight. In sessions with you, I no longer stay in my head but am eager to get on the table and explore. I am deeply grateful for what you offer me with such steadfast kindness that my wariness recedes and trust emerges.

Doing cranialsacral work with Jenna has been an incredible experience. As someone with anxiety, I was able to relax during my sessions with her in a way that I had not been able to prior, and she even gave me tools to bring some of that calm into my daily life. I highly recommend her.”

WHAT SHALL WE DO TOGETHER?

For CLIENTS: We can meet in person, by telephone, or on Zoom. Sessions occur spontaneously as an unfolding of whatever intention you hold. For example, you might wish to optimize well-being, inhabit the body more comfortably, expand consciousness, develop clarity, or spark creativity and insight. Specific ailments can be addressed, with the understanding that it is the body's own genius that sets priorities for the session.

For BIODYNAMIC STUDENTS AND COLLEAGUES: I support you as you develop perceptual skills and grapple with challenges. These sessions can take place in person or by Zoom. Let’s figure out together how to resolve your pressing concerns. We can have a conversation about any aspect of biodynamics. We can meditate together and talk about it through a biodynamic lens. I can give you a bodywork session, or I can receive from you, and then we can discuss any aspects of the bodywork. Possible topics: Navigating the subtleties of touch. Enhancing perception of biodynamic enfoldments or other phenomena related to your client. Helping you navigate the biodynamic map beyond the Dynamic Stillness.

For MEDITATORS or “wishful” meditators: I am glad to offer you support. I can help you develop a personal practice beyond listening to guided meditations. What would help you cultivate a personal relationship with stillness and silence? I emphasize discovering what’s most important to you, setting your own priorities, and blending doing and non-doing so that your practice meshes with your own temperament and your own needs. We might meditate together and then talk about it; or we might talk about issues that are coming up in your practice.

To arrange an appointment or speak with me directly, please email me. If I'm off the grid you will receive an auto-reply indicating my return date. Otherwise I will respond within 24 business hours. (If you don’t hear from me, please write again.) You can also text my cellphone at (607) 229-3127.

Scheduling: When I am not teaching, appointments are generally available Monday through Friday, at or around 10:00, 12:30 and 3:00. Carve out two hours the first time you come in. After that, a standard-length session is 80 to 90 minutes.

Rate: $160 for an extended initial appointment. Follow-up appointments are $135.

Cancelation Policy: To avoid being charged in full, please give 24 hours notice of cancelation. Someone on the wait list will happily take your spot. That said: if you have a fever, any respiratory condition, or symptoms of cold or flu, I regretfully ask that we reschedule, at no charge to you. Thanks!
