Diversity and Inclusion Statement

You belong here! All people are welcome, valued, and respected in my office and at my workshops, without regard to race, gender identity or expression, ethnicity, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, education, or disability.

I offer two appointments per month that are sliding scale. Introductory workshops and online meditation events often have a seat available at reduced tuition; please inquire.

For those who cannot climb the stairs to my office, please know that I offer online sessions, and I also hold workshops at alternate venues.

Land Acknowledgement

My office is located on the traditional homelands of the Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ’ (the Cayuga Nation). I acknowledge the terrible history of Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ’ dispossession, and honor the ongoing connection of Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ’ people to these lands and waters.
Here is an article that describes some of the historic events when the Cayuga Nation were forced off their land.
