Big-Picture Biodynamics in 50 Questions

What is a body?

What is your felt experience of the substance your body is made of? Does that substance ever change in feeling, texture, tone, or quality?

Does the body have boundaries? Where are they?

What is healing?

What embodied disposition is necessary for healing to happen? What are signs that that disposition is present?

Can you feel or have you felt health at work within you? 

Are you familiar with feeling whole and not fragmented into parts? 

Who are you? What are you? What is the Self?

What is the boundary between “you” and “not you”?

On the spectrum of embodiment, are you familiar with yourself as: A physical object coalesced within the skin. An expanded substance flowing like caramel. An immense field of vibration. A vivid, awake emptiness.

What is stillness?

Have you ever felt stillness move? What is its tempo?

When thoughts are absent, what remains? What is awareness?

Through what perceptual channels do you perceive stillness and silence?

Do you have a body-felt or authentic sense of the divine source? of Stillness? of Consciousness? 

Do you have a way of perceptually distinguishing the following substances or levels in relation to yourself: mind, body, soul, and spirit?

Can you recognize mind, body, soul, or spirit in another person?

From where (what location) do you typically perceive the world around you? Is that location within the body or outside it? From where in your body are you perceiving this blog right now?

Can you perceive from behind the eyes, from the heart, and from the belly? What is gained or lost by doing each? 

How do you get quiet and transparent inside so you can truly listen? 

Are the different parts of you perceptually integrated into one whole?

Do you fully inhabit the interior of your physical body? What happens when you settle into the body in that way?

Does your mind feel separate from — or unified with — your body? 

Are you familiar with feeling trapped or confined, whether within the body or within the head? 

What is rest?

What is the difference between sleep and physiological rest?

Can you distinguish between healthy rest versus numbness or shutdown?

Have you experienced being dissociated from the body?

When we say the “evolution of consciousness” or the “expansion of consciousness,” what is evolving or expanding?

How is an expansion of consciousness different from dissociation?

When you draw awareness along the vertical axis at your innermost core, are there areas that are more obscured than others?

For you, is it easier to find infinity when you go out — or when you go in?

How do you understand your body having emerged or self-organized out of formlessness? Have you experienced a relationship between your body (or the world) and the void (or the non-physical dimension)?
